Refund policy

If Something Is Missing/Incorrect With Your Order
  • If some of the items you have ordered are missing, or if you have received the wrong items, please DM us on our instagram page @kstatement with your name, order number, a screenshot of your order summary WITH proof of which items were missing or incorrect. After that we will look over the issue and make sure we fix it.

Refunds And Exchange Policy
  • All sales are final, UNLESS you have received the wrong item. 
NOTE: If you do get the wrong item, in order to do an exchange there must be no signs of the items being used or worn.
 
Order Cancelations
  • If you need to cancel your order, please email us at shopkstatement@gmail.com within 24 hours after the order has been placed. There is no guarantee for cancellation requests after 24 hours.
